What categories of data will the Chamber process?
The categories of data that the Chamber will process are the identification and contact data, address, commercial information, economic data that you or your company provide us, and that information that may be generated from the provision of our services. Specially protected data will not be processed.
For what purpose will we process and use your personal data?
At the Chamber, we process the information that interested parties provide us with for the following purposes:
• To develop by the Chamber the public functions attributed to it based on the regulatory regulations of the Chambers of Commerce.
• To send business information within the functions legally attributed to the corporation.

How long will we keep your information?
The data provided will be kept for as long as necessary for each of the purposes for which the information is intended.
In any case, during the legally established periods, and in the case of information relating to the provision of services for as long as the commercial relationship is maintained and according to the Chamber's data retention policy. Please note that, in some cases, current legislation requires us to retain your data in order to comply with our own legal and administrative obligations or during the prescription periods of different actions for liability. Once we no longer need your information, we will delete it from our systems.

The personal data processed will be communicated to the Chamber for internal administrative purposes.
In general, the transfer of your information to third parties is not envisaged. 1. Right to be informed
The interested party will have the right to receive clear, transparent and easily understandable information about how we use their personal data and their rights.
